The Sugar Syrup Preparation Machine is designed to make products like jams, purees, pulps, concentrates, ketchup, and more. It uses advanced vacuum-based evaporation technology to cool the ingredients at -55-60oC under vacuum conditions, which ensures faster evaporation and cooling, preserving the natural color, clarity, taste, and aroma of the ingredients and final product.
